After spending 25 years in the corporate world, I uncovered a powerful truth: the only real control we have is rooted in knowing ourselves—deeply and unapologetically. So, I took a bold leap of faith into the unknown to create a life that ignites my spirit, and now I’m here to help you awaken that fire within yourself!

My Journey: Embracing Change and Courage
Since 2001, I’ve been on this incredible journey of motherhood with my amazing kids, Jakob and Olivia. As they set off on their own adventures—heading to New Zealand—I’m stepping gracefully into my next chapter as an empty nester. In November 2018, I left the corporate grind for the exhilarating roller coaster of entrepreneurship, driven by my passion for empowering women to find their inner voices and craft businesses they love. With a rich history of launching various ventures and mentoring women in fitness, I finally embraced my true calling in 2022 by launching my coaching business. That bold move tripled my income and allowed me to uplift hundreds of women through workshops and events like the Global Women’s Summit.

But let me tell you, my journey hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows. By the end of 2023, I faced a wave of self-doubt that threatened to derail everything I’d built. However, I learned that these low moments are essential; they reveal the strength we possess when we choose to rise again. I discovered that asking for support is a true strength, and embracing it has transformed my path. My commitment to reclaiming my power and confidence fuels my mission to help you navigate your own journey, reminding you that you are never alone in this process!
