After 25 years in the corporate grind, I realized something huge: the only real power we have comes from knowing ourselves—fully and unapologetically. So, I took the leap, left the corporate life, and built a life that lights me up. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
I created SheLeads Ventures because I saw a gap. For women starting a business, the options were often split—focus on mindset or focus on business strategy. But we need both. Women bring a unique, layered approach to business that’s deeply tied to our lives, roles, and values. We’re not just business owners; we’re caregivers, friends, moms, daughters, and everything in between, juggling expectations and responsibilities on every front.
My mission is to help you create a business that feeds your soul instead of draining it. One that’s built around your truth, your desires, and a vision that lights you up. My Journey: Embracing Change and Courage
Since 2001, I’ve been on this incredible journey of motherhood with my amazing kids, Jakob and Olivia. As they set off on their own adventures—heading to New Zealand—I’m stepping gracefully into my next chapter as an empty nester.
In November 2018, I left the corporate grind for the exhilarating roller coaster of entrepreneurship, driven by my passion for empowering women to find their inner voices and craft businesses they love. With a rich history of launching various ventures and mentoring women in fitness, I finally embraced my true calling in 2022 by launching my coaching business.
That bold move tripled my income and allowed me to uplift hundreds of women through workshops and events like the Global Women’s Summit.
